Thanks! In the earlier compile, CMD can be invoked via Control + Shift + F10. In the later one, during the 90% (ish) part of the setup, spam Shift + F10, it'll open up an Admin console and then type 'net localgroup administrators /add WsiAccount'. This will add the default account the Administrators workgroup, meaning when you press Shift + F10 you'll automatically get an admin console!
