That would be a bigger area to teach about that a clip. Lots of head kicks and different ways to deal with them.

Have you done Taiji or is your style purely a result of Wing Chun and boxing? I ask because in usage my Taiji style looks and applies almost identical and our striking and stepping is very similar to some boxing styles though of completely different origin.

My Wing Chun is purely from my teachers CSL Wing Chun. I have not trained in boxing. Our Wing Chun has a very complete striking method. I have trained in Tai Ji but I don't mix that with my Wing Chun. Both arts at a good level will have many crossovers for such. Sounds like you have good Tai Ji.

@@alanorrwingchunacademy1302 I like it! old style WC not with the squared crane "Ip Man" engine but with the old more snake like engine driving the crane limbs and stepping. I will definitely be checking out more CSL and be looking into your stuff for pointers/insights. The underhook, arm drag to fist under elbow as well as so much more is like looking into a mirror as far as our styles fighting strategy. I knew there were WC styles that were very internal it's just really cool to see any modality so similar(we only have 5 main punches in Yang Taiji of which you showed several and applied then the same using an internal rebounding force from center). Mind Blown!
