I wish he could freely talk about gear without the risk of influencing young people. He’d be so incredibly insightful

Would break your heart knowing how much shit he has blasted for the last years. One cycle won't do dat shit he has going on

@ That just comes with the territory. We watch athletes because they take things to a point that we aren’t willing to go to ourselves
@heretickle69910 күн бұрын
@@CristianoExperience7. I’m not saying he’s not laying on the gear but you’d be surprised what genetics can do. Some guys can push very reasonable cycles and grow like a mofo. I’m not one of them 🤷🏼♂️. Lee Priest is honest ( so it seems) about his use of PED’s and you would think he wasn’t doing enough. Crazy genetic predisposition to gear is a thing
@luxe28589 күн бұрын
@@CristianoExperience7 you literally have 0 idea how much hes using, genetics are more like 60% of steroid use. you and your grandma could DOUBLE the dose hes on and never look anything close to him. you're very clueless bro

His gains and physique are not possible without it. It's good that he doesn't deny it, but the stack he is on is probably insane, and bro will probably be done living at 30. Hope it is worth it to him.

Would like to see your reaction to Greg's recent vid on you about how much of a calorie deficit you're in. I somewhat agree with him, that your calorie count is too low with doing 2 hours of cardio + lifting, but then again, like Jon Snow, I know nothing. Regardless, you're definitely getting lean as hell. A dex body scan would also be cool to see. You could push out a lot of fun content with tracking your body fat / reacting to people like Greg. Much love ♥

he'll train em every now n then, cable crunches. but he was pretty athletic when he was in highschool so its a "once you have em, you keep em" sorta deal. it just may or may not be hidden by body fat plus a lot of exercises does stimulate your core, enough to maintain
