A few days ago I injured the back of my head after doing the leg press, it caused extreme headaches and dizziness whenever I trained or moved around too much since then. Turns out, the issue happened because I’ve been completely skipping cardio, which led to poor blood flow and pressure control during my intense workouts. Guys listen to Sam, I'm definitely never skipping my cardio again.

I have gotten to where I love legs. But I don’t do all the motions. Leg extension I do 4 drop sets with rest pauses on the final weight of the last 2 drop sets. The first 3 sets all start off slow up, hold, slow back down but then once I drop to the next weight I just start hammering them out. Leg curl I don’t push as hard, not as much tension cuz it feels weird on my knees and even my lower back. But I do them slow and hold and make them drop sets but I know drop it 1x each time and rest pause the end 2 sets, 4 sets total Then 4 sets on leg press Then seated calf raises at my max weight and go to failure and drop set it till my calves are toast Then 4 sets of reverse calf raises ( raises from the heels) Then I do 1 set of both positions on the abductor machine and I take each single set to failure. Which is a lot for those movements. Today is day 25 of my first bulk I’m at 3200 calories a day and I feel like I have kinda stalled Gonna increase to 3500 a day and make it mostly protein and fat related I think. Look forward to seeing you kill it at the Arnold Cheers Thanks for keeping us motivated and dialed in mate

Legs should be the favorite day of any lifter. Simply due to the fact that so many “lifters” skip them. A big chest is “sweet” but big legs and a huge back are way more impressive IMO.

Not sure about it from your perspective but I had a bad back injury from football. Would flare up every month and cripple me for a few days, keep in mind I was like 19 at the time so not good for the long run. But after training for a couple years and progressively getting stronger, it basically fixed itself. I think once the muscles around it got stronger they compensate for the injury and I haven’t had any problems for a while now. Worth thinking about, maybe try slowly easing into it with good form and see how it does after a few months.

What are your thoughts on turkesterone? I feel like I have come to my peak in working out. So, I want to either eat way more, and grind harder or see if Turkesterone might help me. I usually spend about 3 hours daily at the gym with weekends (Saturday or Sunday) being more of a rest day routine workout. I consume roughly 3200 calories in maintenance (bulking 3500). currently 6'1 196lb with breakfast. Just need a few extra pieces to solve the puzzle. Thanks

They always wanna take over on every movement for hamstrings no matter the ROM. With rear deltoids, it seems I can never get a good mind muscle connection on any isolation movement. Any tips anybody?
