Intro is dope, I started my weight loss and fitness journey in july of 2023 and discovered your content around the same time. I'm down 130 lbs and although I dont have a 6 pack yet I'm about 180 now and I have abs starting to show. I went from struggling to get through a work day to being in the best shape of my life at 35. You and your content has been such a tremendous blessing and I thank you for it. It helps not only in keeping me motivated to work out and stay healthy but also something about having you talking in the background is magic for my mental health. Thanks, big dawg. I hope to finally shake your hand at the arnold coming up. I'm certain this will have a positive ripple effect on my children, as it already has on the other adults in my life. *sneaky edit 2023 not 2024

So yeah, I'ma keep commenting this. I now you're practicing posing, but you need to start learning to hold for 60 seconds to 2 mintues in each pose. You don't want to look like you're getting winded and sucking air on stage. You want to look relaxed and like you could hold that pose for the whole show if you had to, with a smile as well. You very well could go through 3 or 4 mandatory roatations while they figure out the top 5. Which, btw, you will be first callouts.

been there, wondering why manifesting seems to work for everyone else but not for me. i followed all the advice, but nothing seemed to click. then i read Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it completely shifted my perspective. chapter 3 has this one idea that changed how i see energy, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for me.

question about how our bodies respond to food/eating...disregard bulking or dieting, but will I become more accustomed to consuming a specific amount of calories? or will I become more accustomed to consuming a certain volume of food (stomach being fuller)? for example, I am currently dieting, but I am definitely eating a much higher volume of food than I was 2 months ago. if I were to go off the rails and just forget about being mindful of what I eat, will I be craving high volume to have a full stomach? or would eating a much higher amount of calories trump that desire for volume? sorry if this doesn't make sense lol thanks
