Good video as always. The Dog Days of Summer are here and the bite does seem taper off. Live bait can wake them up as they still have to eat!

@WiredforCrappie5 жыл бұрын
Amie, Thanks for subscribing. I am on there as well. I fish all over East TN. Chick, Loudon, Watts Bar, Tellico, Douglas, Cherokee, and Melton Hill. These are the lakes that the East TN Crappie Club fishes.

Great video! Do you like the string bobber stop better than the little black/red rubber ones?
@WiredforCrappie5 жыл бұрын
Larry, I have just always used the string. However I know lots of guys use the rubber one and like them a lot to. Whichever one you can get your hands on will work just fine.
@larrymarek95715 жыл бұрын
@@WiredforCrappie just strung my BnM sharpshooter and its first eyelet is REALLY small, so I can see that small as they are, the little rubber stop will probably choke there.
@WiredforCrappie5 жыл бұрын
Larry, it may stop up there from time to time but I don’t think you will have that big of an issue. Nothing you won’t be able to handle. If it slides you can always slide it back.
@larrymarek95715 жыл бұрын
@@WiredforCrappie It looks like you're using the BnM in this video, is it your favorite? Or do you just use it for dock shooting?

Quick question. How are you hooking the minnows? Fin, lip???
@WiredforCrappie Жыл бұрын
Lip most of the time, but fin sometimes.
@SQLKC2 жыл бұрын
The issue I have with the ties are casting. Tie gets rapped around the spool with the line when you reel in and will not allow me to cast. Do you have any tips on this? I basically have to pull off line past the stop and kind of flip with it. I have no issue with the rod eyes with the tie at all.

Watch your teeth bro! LOL. Looks like we have a similar Livescope setup as far as the PVC. What part of the country are you located? I like what you are doing with Livescope as too many people stare at the screen and nothing else. Because of that, they catch less fish in my opinion. There needs to be a happy medium and I see that you are looking both ways, livescope and then towards your line. good work Sir.
