How would you string multiple lights together?

How do you remove them? How do you identify which side has the fixed tab and which has the spring tab?

Both wings have springs so I just pull down one side carefully, then hold the other wing in and slide the light out of the hole. If you are concerned, just practice on a scrap piece of drywall and I know you'll get the hang of it quickly.
