I am 74 years old. There is so much wisdom in this young lady. As a child living in poverty in Appalachia with Aspergers--(no one knew what Aspergers was--I was just retarded) I completely understand where she is coming from. I survived and became a successful business owner. I remember waking up a majority of mornings in a state of panic --feeling of doom. The way I finally was able to deal with this panic was simply ask myself--what happened overnight that made me feel this panic. My answer was nothing or as she would say nothing was the truth. The lie was creeping into me. Keep up the good work--it is very hard to navigate life alone without tools.

What a great story Tom. People label us when we are very young and that creates an impression on us for the rest of our lives, but is that really the truth?? What I mean is, we live with these labels/lies and you were able to overcome them and own a successful business. You, my friend, have a lot to share with the world. God bless you.

This message is the antidote to all of society's social media induced ills: “When offended, get curious.” Also: “A tree doesn’t hold on to every bit of harsh wind. Otherwise, it would be destroyed…let it go through you and observe it.” This is profoundly healing and wise. ❤️💯

love it.... RESPECT!!! .... just talked about that today...ALL of the disorder in society today can be distilled down to one very simple word/concept.... RESPECT!!!!! First for yourself(self-love) then outward towards others. BUT respect can never be achieved or even comprehended without RESPECTING, the Creator of Creation...and that includes you. "I know you before you were formed in your mother's womb.' " You are both wonderfully and fearfully made!"

She said "If a thought makes me feel anxious, that's not me. If a thought makes me feel calm, that's me. That's my soul talking to me." What is the soul? What is it made of? Where does it come from? If one is going to self analyze then one must follow the thought process through to the end. The speaking to her soul is coming from somewhere, so where? It's not her, it's God. There is a compass within the called guiding them to the North Star and that's God, it's not a set of SELF constructed values. Those values come from home/true north which is God/Jesus. And the anxious thoughts speaking to her soul are coming from somewhere also and to follow that portion of the thought to the end Donald Grey Barnhouse has written an excellent book called "The Invisible War: The Panorama of the Continuing Conflict Between Good & Evil".
