Etsy doesnt allow this stuff anymore unless listed for entertainment purposes only. Also, as a silversmith and independent jeweler, I can tell you a majority of the things sold on etsy now are actually Chinese companies that steal others designs and then mass produce very cheaply made versions of the original designs they've stolen. Etsy REFUSES to aid the actual artists, but instead sides with the Chinese companies that steal other peoples work.

I listen to Exorcist channels that talk about priests work experiences helping victims of hauntings, demonic possession etc. I believe these things exist, the podcast constantly warns about dabbing into the occult and Etsy is a place that gets people in trouble. And as a native american talking about the dogman explained, you burn sage you cleanse a place But also invite energies to take it's place. It could be bad energy.

These are more of psychological crutches for those who wanna indulge in the behavior these are marketed for. It's not "gambling addiction", it's the "lucky charm" doing its thing. It's not "insomnia", but "dreamcatcher". Not "envy of others", but "magical item that wards off evil". Psychology can have measurable effects, and this we know. Any experimentation that attempts to measure the effect of the item in objective terms, is gonna find it inconclusive. It's the subjective effect it has that's important. It can be as simple as enabling confidence in someone to act different. Just like you can't observe a black hole directly, relying on its effects on the surrounding bodies instead. Can't exactly ignore the ox skull in the room.

It is one thing to cast a spell on a child it is another thing to enable and spread it. Matthew 18:6 “It would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Way I see it - Christ has a soft spot for kids and they really make him smile, lots of great examples in Mathew, Mark, Luke and John.
