Thanks for taking the time to post this. I just picked up a 2016 super 8 150 with 4000 miles. It runs perfectly and I don't feel the need to do anything to it yet but I will definitely refer back to this when I do. What is the name of that tool you used with the two prongs to fit in the holes?

next time when you open the belt cover, try installing 10g roller weights. The acceleration will improve.

Sper8 - you probably broke the clutch nut loose by pressing down on the ratchet, yes? from the front side of the wheel, rather than lifting from the rear.These nuts are so tight you will lift the scooter trying to break that nut loose by pulling up on the ratchet..Burgman owners use a sanding block to keep the clutch pads buffed as even and level as possible.Thanks for the video.

What we do here in the philippines is we drill a hole around the clutch bell so the dirt escape and prevent building up in the clutch lining. Simple as that. By the way nice reference guide you have there. Can you share it?
