Thank you for this very detailed installation and review video. I have the G900 and really like it's features and quality. It is installed in my 2024 JLUR. My only gripes with it is in the new wranglers the adaptive cruise control box is in the recording video. Not a huge deal, but I wish it wasn't. The other issue I have is I can't completely fold down my drivers side sunvisor because the dashcam is too wide. I've tried their smaller unit, the G930 and this one needs the camera to extend outward to fit the rear view mirror, which makes it the same width for the sunvisor. Wolfbox support has been absolutely stellar. They've been giving me all my options. I considered this i17 camera, which would solve those 2 issues but for me would cause another. What gravitated me towards the G900 is the lack of additional footprint. It takes up no additional space on the windshield or is in my field of view. Hopefully Wolfbox will come up with a solution on the G900/G930 series rear view mirror cameras that will work around the ACC box in the new Jeeps.

Hey thanks for the comment! I wonder if you could glue on a mirror nub onto the windshield and it would relocate the dashcam where ever you wanted to put the nub, then You would just buy the mounting hardware to basically remove the factory mirror completely.

@@jku392adventureI hadn't thought of that. However, Wolfbox did suggest their OEM bracket to completely replace the rear view mirror and mount the G900 onto it. I am definitely interested in trying this however they couldn't confirm if it would solve the sunvisor and ACC box issue I'm referring to. Not sure I want to invest in that if it won't actually fix the issues. I guess not many 2024 JLU customers have voiced this yet. Still Wolfbox is very responsive and I love their support.

@@WreckedBrewery yeah you could try that, but does the jl mirror attach like a typical mirror? Or is it bolted to the frame above the windshield? But either way, I agree wolfbox has amazing customer service! Seriously 💯💯🤙

@@jku392adventureThey really do. It's outstanding! The JL mirror attaches to a bracket that goes up into the frame above the windshield as you say. What I can't figure out is if there are any big differences between the stock one and their OEM version. If it hangs a little lower, than maybe it'll be a solution. I wouldn't know unless I bought one and tried it.
