Woman Carries Adorable 52-Pound Dog in Backpack

An adorable dog named Lumi rides around New York City on the back of his owner Jackie Hornung. On the New York City subway, all dogs have to be in a carrier or backpack. The official MTA rules state: “No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container.” Due to the rules, pet owners are finding creative ways to bring their dogs on the subway. Hornung showed Inside Edition how she fits Lumi into the backpack.

She literally said on the subway a dog has to be in a bag or a carrier. personally it'd be alot easier if you uses your back and your arms to carry a 52 pound dog than a carrier which is probably gonna be harder because of the carrier weight and the dog weight combines.
