Sad that the 'embattled sister' was too lazy to find out how to pay her bill. Giving props to the officer is excusing and covering for the lazy woman. Can't even hold those accountable in a firggen comment section, always giving cover to the guilty party.

@cup_cuppy_cuppers5817 Do you have ZERO empathy for their plight? They are both in a terrible position. The one sister has mental problems and the other has the burden to help her. I WAS THAT SISTER and my sisters stepped up for me. You call it laziness when it is probably just exhaustion from dealing with her sister's issues.

@@DemonsSister - Whether I'm empathetic or not is wholly irrelevant. She didn't pay her bills because she didn't know how. That's a crock of sh*t. It's incredibly easy to find out how and where one can pay their utility bill. She didn't do her due diligence, that's on her and doesn't warrant sympathy or empathy.

That's crazy, I watched 2 minutes of it and had to turn it off because the female officers seem to be making problems worse, she kept over talking staff that had actually called and belittling them by acting like they did the wrong thing by pushing the emergency button. Of course they know it's for holdups, that's why they pushed it! They want the police to hurry up and get there. It doesn't literally mean that somebody's got a gun pointed at them. It means that they need help immediately because they feel threatened. Just like in a bank, the person doesn't actually have to say this is a robbery, they can make veiled threats and show a weapon and you can press the button. Even if an unruly customer begins threatening staff, they could also press the button.

10:33 like this, this is so unnecessary! I work with homeless patients who are hard of hearing often, one lady talks just like this. And she doesn't think that anything is wrong with it because she's hard of hearing. The woman is not screaming. That officer is a POS. She's gaslighting this woman. I knew that she was a narcissist when I first started hearing her poor attitude. She's one of those people that always needs to be right.

10:53 And now she's saying that this woman is threatening her when she's not threatening her in the slightest, she's not making a physical threat, she's making a legal statement saying if you shut my power off again, I will be forced to get an attorney. Except she doesn't realize that this person is elderly, probably has some type of cognitive decline, definitely is hard of hearing. I bet that woman doesn't even realize she's hard of hearing. I deal with people like that in the homeless and senior community regularly. Part of my role is referring people to outside resources, and I'm constantly making referrals to primary care physicians for these seniors to just get a basic hearing test! You would think it would be offered by doctors on their annual checkup, but sadly, a lot of seniors don't even go for that.

A guarantor is a person or entity that agrees to take on the financial obligations of another party if that party can't fulfill their obligations. In this case, this julie on the phone has taken on the responsibilities of making sure that person standing in front of the police, that her bills are paid and paid on time. Apparently, julie has not been doing her job correctly and is messing over the one screaming. She's had so many late fees and other things done to her that they've increased her deposit to well over four hundred bucks and all because of julie messing things up from what I can understand. Even julie is admitting that she doesn't understand why all the fees and stuff have been put onto the bill, but that just means she's full of it.

24:08 This is the best part of the video, it doesn't mean that she's outstanding. It means that she's putting on a show in front of the two handsome officers that are standing next to her, so she has to come off as the compassionate mother. But as soon as those two men are gone, her tone of voice changes. Listen to how fake the female officer's tone of suddenly became! It reminds me so much of growing up with my mom, when she pick up the phone that tone of voice would be on, as soon as the phone call would end it would be back to the regular program. I always thought it was weird why my mom behaved so differently when we were by ourselves versus when we were in front of people in public. I say in front of, cuz we never did anything with any other people growing up, it was not the funnest childhood for me as far as that's concerned.

But you see her mental illness tells her that she’s doing nothing wrong and everyone else is. She is on disability so she definitely has something going on. Someone else mentioned she was autistic but I missed that I think. Different thought processes and an inability to read social cues can cause a lot of problems. Julie said that the therapist was working on getting her to take care of her bills herself and Julie reminded her that the electric bill was due. This wasn’t the first time she had blown off paying the bill and getting shut off but as you could see from her point of view it wasn’t her fault they shut the power off. It doesn’t seem to be clicking with her that if you don’t pay the bill they shut it off and that it’s your own fault. She’s mad that they are penalizing her for not paying her bill by holding an ever growing deposit. THEY are the bad guys here and Julie is on their side. Just let her see what a court appointed guardian would be like.

Yessss! This is the ideal officer! She speaks in a calm but firm tone. She clearly articulates the problematic behavior, and goes above and beyond to find a solution. Too many times I've seen officers escalate these types of situations. It's so refreshing to see such an honorable public servant! We only need about 500000 more like her.

I was confused as to why her sister claims to be an accountant but cannot handle money?!
@marthamitchell9452
@marthamitchell9452 2 ай бұрын
@@dawnatkinson7704evidently Julie tried to set up auto pay before and was told they needed a check, usually it’s a voided one, to verify the account information. The account doesn’t have checks. Now they are saying they can work with her with just the routing and account numbers. If you don’t get the right employee you can get stuck trying to get something done.

@@dawnatkinson7704it’s a lie. She’s mentally ill she’s been deemed by disability to not be capable of handling her own money which is why her sister is assigned to do that.
