It’s called intentionally peaking late due it being an Olympic season. You’ll see come Olympic time, she’s most likely going to run 10.5
@cliffordhill23653 ай бұрын
Who Fraser Pryce or Sherica Jackson? either way I don't see that happening. Keep in mind that Sha'Carri Richardson has already ran a 10.7 and may be saving her best for Paris as well!
@fooliojones33193 ай бұрын
@@cliffordhill2365 both. You have to realize the US ladies are further along in their season than most. They’ve all been heavy on the diamond league circuit, and alot of the US qualifiers are collegiates coming off an entire ncaa season. Shelly just opened up not long ago and shericka hasnt ran that many races this season. In the Olympic year they peak late on purpose.

I believe timing is everything when it comes to track. Sometimes runners peak to soon before the Olympics. Richardson may have very well peaked to early. We will see!

How has she peaked when she only ran a few races she peaked in April last year and still won this year she ran her first100 in may and then rhe trials you have no idea whats going on

Sha'Carri threw down a 10.71 at the US Olympic trials. Shericka's time would have placed her third.

@@imhereforitall9218so you are going to ignore the fact that shericka ran into a headwind of-0.3 And sha’carri ran into a +0.8 that didn’t play any factor in the times.
