In this video, women give men a rating 1-10 based on an initial number given along with a statement about him. Example: He's a 10, BUT.....he's not subscribed to the Courtney Ryan KZbin channel? He's a 0 ;)

One thing we as Men need to learn is that Women always aim to say the "RIGHT" thing. Most Women are agreeable so they aren't going to say things that will cause a backlash or confrontation. What they say and what they feel doesn't align. They would give a nice guy a 10 just to seem like "good people" even though in real life, they're indifferent to those types of Men.
@raptortown

Agree so much with this. If you ever ask a woman for what kind of man she wants, look at her past relationship. They usually don't aline with what they actually want. I don't really trust these kinds of videos since we can see there faces. Rather if they weren't in front of a camera we could very well have complete 180 different answers.

This is 💯 they often give playbook answers. One girl even gave one of them away over divorce. She said “if they say we didn’t get along” was the reason he got a divorce then that’s a red flag because in marriage you’re supposed to work things out. That’s often what women say for why their relationship failed. It’s also what my cheating ex told me why her marriage failed and what she tells other ppl for why our relationship failed. It’s a risk-averse answer that sounds better than the real answer.

The "chivalry" thing had me laughing, the "nice guy syndrome" is real and makes men go straight to friendzone or being used emotionally. Being respectful is the best, but no need to open every door and drag every chair unless you truly feel like doing it. Also, not every person deserves this kind of treatment from the get go, they have to earn it, I'll open the doors and drag the chairs for my grandma who is awesome xD

Growing up in an Asian household, I find it normal living at home with my parents at 28. I contribute fairly to the mortgage payment and have a close-knit family tie. Same goes for my fiance, she lives with her parents as well being 27. In addition to mortgage, we run other errands for folks and help them whenever they need a hand right away. We are both making decent money but we find it non-sense moving out just to gain little more privacy while having half of our normal monthly saving/investment go to renting category. We are getting married soon and will likely live with them for some more times to save up before we can buy our own house somewhere in Bay area. With all honesty, if you don’t just stay at your parents place and contribute nothing in return, you shouldn’t feel ashamed or compelled to move out (unless your folks kick you out lol) just to feel independent, you can practice that everywhere, in pretty much any setting. If someone asks, I’ll proudly say that yes, I still live in my parents home with my family happily at 28!

Before I married my wife, I told her some requirements for me to take that step. One of them that in my culture, we don't kick the kids out when they turn 18. They can stay with us until they are ready to move out. So I don't have a problem with my kids staying home. I stayed at home until I moved out to get married at 22. And my mom was crying and didn't want me to move out.
@tattoodrdoke

@That's just My take I have to agree with you. I think if your kids aren't taking life seriously and their freeloading that is different however if they are sorting themselves out saving a bit on the side in preparation for their future if parents can afford it then support them. No need to pay someone else's mortgage for them. I think some of these people have a weird idea of success and winning at life. It's not a sprint to independence. It's a slower race with decent plans. Also adults children who live with their parents longer when they could choose to leave often have better relationships with their parents.
@BRBallin1

Asian parents get into their child’s business a bit too much and I felt like I had to move out to realize who I truly am and what I value should not be influenced by their thought process. There’s no nobility or pride to be had in making one’s landlord/slumlord rich. Even while living @ home w/ parents, if they help out and do all the things they’d do if they had their own place, it’s pretty much the same thing. Save your money for something that’ll give you an ROI! ----------------------- ADDENDUM: This is coming from an almost 48 yr old woman. Character & work ethic invested towards things people are willing to pay for will produce money, for the entrepreneurial set-just provide solutions to life’s problems, and there’s your wealth-creator, if you don’t want to work for someone. Keep in mind that this sampling of women don’t represent “all” women. If you’re a “typical” guy who wants a “typical” woman, then maybe the responses from this video will be useful & instructive. If you know that the money will come, eventually, because you understand the potential of your long-range visions, ignore these women-they’re too conventional for you.

It may also prove to be very helpful to what is becoming an increasingly problematic divide between the understanding of (and empathy between) the two sexes who actually desire lasting adult relationships. There are so MANY lonely people, and I suspect that may be entirely unnecessary. You’re fantastic! Best luck to you all.

im so glad this came up.. 11:00 or so, the video games thing.. currently i play video games, about this much, but do not have a female in the mix, albeit not for the complete lack of trying, i was talking to a girl who just wanted to be friends, and there was another girl who i tried talking to more and she said i wasnt what she was looking for... so in my free time, during the week when i get home from work i like to unwind to video games.. if i had a woman though, id likely never play and would spend as much time as we could together, cuddling, or going out etc.. so i get what they are saying, if this time is taking up their time and its like hey babe im busy playing video games all night.. is that what this is really geared towards? would love to have this elaborated a bit more. otherwise great video thanks! ok.. 13:32 this is what i mean, i agree then, if this is the case, then i too would drop my own rating 5 points regardless of what i was prior.. thats not right..and likely he just wasnt interested in her that much, hence they arent together anymore.. balance as you said is key, and when you are actively trying not to learn more about the other person or at least spend time with them is counter productive.. so yeah, got it :)

idk why living with parents is such a big deal, maybe i's an american thing, here in italy the usual age people get married is at 30 for man and 32 for women, finding job even if u studied in a super good university with top marks is very hard because people don't want to hire but try to make u work for free by "paying" u with experience (they mean an all rounder slave) so if u manage to find a job and in the same/close place where your parents live is more advantageous to stay with your parents focus on your career and save the money to then spend them in actually buying your own house. obviously the vast majority of people would prefer living by themself but looking at it in long term living with your parents it's more convenient

@@IndyMotoRider Doesn't mean we can't be open-minded and accepting how things are in other cultures. Just like other countries, the US is a melding pot of numerous cultures. The problem is that many Americans don't know $hit about other countries like where they're located, let alone anything about the culture, nor do Americans even seem to care. In the event of meeting someone from abroad, this knowledge becomes useful to not only simplify mutual understanding and respect, but also to broaden the dating pool instead of limiting oneself to those of the same cultural group. Adding to the OP's comment, in my culture, it's normal for relatives to share a living space as we tend to have large families and we realize that, due to an ever increasing human population, there are not enough spaces for everyone to be living alone. Eventually we'll need to start sharing because houses and apartments don't just appear out of nowhere

I'd really like to hear actual candid answers instead of what it seems like: women answering most questions with what they think they are supposed to say.

About the early 1990s, Barbara Walters did something similar to this on a ABC news program, but the ratings that short men encounter with women. Many women were unfathomably odd, in that because one guy was presented as a convict, but was tall, he was rated high, but a short doctor was rated low.

What if your parents live with you? Or if you simply have a family home. If you're from a culture of caring/living with the family by choice, it's normal and not a sign of dependency. Split families and 'retirement homes' are a very western and modern concept. Context is important, as many of the women stated.

Agree. With regards to gaming, admittedly I do it but it's just one of my hobbies. Let's consider the fact that there are numerous gamer girls on youtube and twitch. It's not just guys doing it, and just because none of these women are gamers doesn't mean others are not. Let's also consider how large the market is and how many companies spend lots of time and hard work for us consumers to enjoy the game. There are people whose jobs literally are to play test games to report errors, helping to fine tune the final product

Their answers to the video game question were interesting to me as a former gamer. I play 1-2 hours a week now, but to an ordinary single guy 4 hours of gaming every night is a short to moderate amount of game time. It's short enough to fit into a sustainable routine for a typical employed and self-supported man. I agree that gaming should bring his score down, but not as far as most of them are saying. Minus one point probably. The women expressed a concern that games will take his attention away from her, but in large part too much gaming is just a side effect of being single, and that will mostly or entirely go away as soon as he's no longer single.

I kinda played this game with a friend of mine (girl) which I liked in the past. She is 24, never had a job and has super high standards for men (has a thing for 'bad boys' from bad Netflix TV shows). We discussed a mutual friend and how he always treats his girlfriend very gently. Mind that the dude is 30 years old, never had a gf until now and is not particularly good looking. And that one girl was saying to me that's what she considers a real man. Obviously, she was lying and she knew she was lying but wanted to appear virtuous (like some of the girls in the video) because when I asked her if she would ever date a guy like our mutual friend she simply shut her mouth and started being aggressive.

Women are looking for the "real person: does the man have a heart, believe in a higher power. Now, it's almost impossible to ask a women out. Many women do not trust men, have had bad experience with men in the past, which transience to the next relationship. Many women that are attractive, and know they are attractive "play the well he "looks good, sounds good, has good manners. One wrong move, the women (not all of them) I think I want see that "guy" I see's this in American society now ( a lot of superficial bullshit happens too) Many women play their game, because that's "all they know" "They know nothing else, women like to "play" with men. Many women are superficial, toxic, think that they are the world with their looks, and men "play on it" Some women treat men as "shit" again it's not the women"s fault, it's the way they grew up (upbringing, major for women) If a women was raised with abusive parents, your going to see that in a relationship! (for sure) Alot of men do not being with attractive women, because they use their looks to manipulate you, year their nice to look at. Most women know the men's "tricks" before they do "anything" Alot of women are use their minds to mess with guys minds. It should be Win-win, that's not always the case. Alot of times it's win-lose, lose-win. Alot of women are "in-sensitive" towards men (depends on how they grew up) Many women have this "princess-world" of looking for they "right guy" many women destroy men's presence.

I'm a 50 year old man with 6 kids and I lost my wife to cancer after 25 years of marriage. I stumbled on this video and was curious to hear what the younger generation has to say. I was surprised by their standards compared with how some of them dress (this was an interview and they took effort to dress). They want a gentleman who earns lots (or is independent) and is mature and monogamous. These are all very laudable and I get it. I agree this is what they should aim for and men should aim for a high standard. To get those men and keep them though, you have to dress and act like a mature lady and be a woman who will respect their man, even if you disagree with them. If you dress and go to places to be picked up by low value of polygamous men with good looks, then that is all you will get. Also, high body count is a turn off. And I disagree that high value men should be allowed to sleep around...that is a sign of a low value man with low integrity.
