Pastor Doug, it good to have you back with us. I hope that you have been o.k. I am very impressed with the strength with which you are blessed to split that wood! At my age & with another herniated disc in addition to 2 previous back surgeries, what you did is out of the question for me. It can be dangerous. My elders taught me how to do it safely when I was a boy. Anyone can make a mistake or have an accident, but I think I'll be fine.
