I had to stop watching the Steelers vs Browns after the first few minutes of the 1st quarter last night. It just wasn’t exciting. There were so many penalties and sloppy play.

same here; I used to watch the Lions for maybe a quarter before switchig to see "real" football, and now it is just the opposite; watching other teams with ver inaccurate QBs and lots of dumb penalties.

Maybe because they are so exciting to watch that the rest of football teams sucks to watch. The rest of the league is boring af. Lions are the only team that gives us that thrill of watching the game.

After watching last weeks Lions game, switched it over to KC/Buff and I swear I thought I changed the speed settings on my remote. They were just so slow.

That describes exactly what I felt about watching other games. Gibbs hits the line crazy fast. He may not be the world's fastest human, but he goes from zero to twenty faster than anyone else in the NfL. Montgomery refuses to go down and seems to always push forward through multiple defenders before being taken dto the ground, and its tough to watch backs on other teams get tackled without any sign of a struggle. Jamo is a speed demon. St. Brown is quick and shifty as all get out. LaPorta is an ideal tight end, a great receiver an great blocker. Patrick is a fine NFL big receiver who doesn't get the targets he deserves while surrounded with all the other outstanding receiving talent. It's amazing how wide open those receivers get when compared to the problems other teams have while being compelled to throw into tight coverage. The Lions seem to gobble up yardage in big chunks, while other teams have trouble gaining a couple of yards per play. Overall, the Lions games now seem faster in many ways.

Where are RB's are great and we dont notice. They hold onto the football. Gibbs is the best RB in the league. 23rd in touches, 5th in yards, no fumbles.
