Now that you know what NOT to say, here are some positive phrases to say as affirmation empowerment instead: -I am healed. -I am getting better everyday. -I'm whole and complete. -I love my body. -I am grateful for my strength and vitality. -I am perfect health. -I am in love with life. -My pelvic floor is strong. -My core is strong. -My pelvic floor is supple and open. -My body feels amazing.

Awesome that you have mentioned this approach. I have been a law of attraction practitioner for a few years and the subconscious is amazing in how it can be programmed to heal oneself. I have been reading Joseph Murphy’s The Power of The Subconscious mind as a part of my prolapse healing. He cured his illness by reprogramming his subconscious . What you say gets imprinted on the subconscious and it goes to work to make those word manifest. Thank you. 🥰

That's so great because I was always saying there's mind body and spirit and once you start working on one, because we need balancing of all three, we start the work on the other two

pt plus cbt is needed I think cpps is a stress loop you can stretch for years but you need the right mind set to really let go. remember your mind is making the tension not the muscles

I have healed my body many times with my thoughts alone, never taken a pain pill with leg surgery or a broken clavicle, I use my mind and take myself out of my body so I can allow it to do its job. And whatever you put in it, whether it be any injections or unhealthy food, and especially unhealthy thoughts, must be detoxed out. Just like oil in a car has to be changed regularly for it to run well

How do you speak about yourself? The trick is, that the body's feelings have to match up with the words and the thoughts. Otherwise there is Discord and illness will persist
@pegc98893 жыл бұрын
I always say "by His stripes I'm already healed". Don't tell you boss you are fine if you are sick in hospital. Explain but don't complain. Believe scriptures and don't give up.

I’ve had pelvic pain on and off for two years now. I’ve also had severe depression and suicidal thoughts for 10 years. Suffering with both mental and physical pain has been far too overwhelming for me and I am extremely on edge. I just don’t know how much more I can take. Getting rid of the pelvic pain is my only hope of staying. Maybe that makes me a coward to say that, but I’m sure even the most resilient people have their limits when it comes to pain. I still don’t know what the cause is and my doctor doesn’t either. This has caused me way more stress than I know how to handle. I don’t know if it’s the chronic masturbation habits that I’ve had since I was 12 that have caused it or something else. Whatever it is, I just want to find out what it is so I can move on with my life. This is just not something I can live with on a day-to-day basis. I don’t have any current intent to commit suicide at the moment, but those thoughts are getting stronger with this issue. I just feel like my life is over with this condition and I can’t handle much more of this. I’m desperate to know how to get rid of it completely. I just want to live a normal healthy life again like I should be for my age.

We are really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can, though, such as a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. Please know that there’s hope for healing and many overcame their pelvic pain challenges. Watch this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHmVl6GumJefn6Msi=83u-0iTUtRxgaKfM ~ Vibrant Support

@@vibrantpelvichealth unless talking is going to heal pelvic pain, it’s not gonna do any good. My last therapist didn’t help at all. But I’m glad to hear that there is hope and healing it. There’s not a therapist in the world that’s gonna be able to talk me into being happy living with pelvic pain. Because unless I can get rid of this for good, there’s no amount of therapy sessions with any therapist in the world that can help. I could have the whole world supporting me through this, it wouldn’t make any difference at all. I just don’t have the mental strength to handle it. I can handle pain to a certain extent, but I can’t handle pelvic pain at all. I especially can’t handle it if it’s a daily thing. As much as I appreciate your advice, I just don’t think a therapist is going to do any good unless they can get rid of this pelvic pain.
