i completely agree, leak of knowledge push's to spend more time to find solution,, me as example, i have bought high quality lessons for Ms. Excel and self development, these gave me lots of time in work,, comparing with me in the past i was using trial and error which consumed my life and i was still leak self esteem. we could say, to work smarter you need to work harder in gaining knowledge, skills and attitude
