if you pass the medical language exam, you can be given a temporary license which is valid for 2 years while waiting to write the approbation exam. you can work under supervision and they are some restrictions

Right. This is the "Berufserlaubnis" you are referring to. This is limited to one state usually for 2 years but in reality hospitals do not prefer to hire someone on a limited license as it has to do with insurance issues.

لو سمحت ي دكتور عدد ساعات عمل الأطباء في ألمانيا متضمن المناوبات الليلة كام ساعة

بالعقود عادة بكون بين ٤٠ و ٤٨ ساعة اسبوعيا بالمتوسط لكن حسب الاختصاص فعليا يختلف الوضع في الاختصاصات الجراحية و بمستشفى جامعي ممكن يوصل الدوام ٦٠ -٨٠ ساعة اسبوعيا. طبعا بكون الوقت الزائد عن المذكور في عقد العمل مدفوع او يحق لك اخذه كبدل عطلة.

اخر شئ لو سمحت ي دكتور التخصصات الباطنية زي neurology و psychiatry ممكن توصل عدد ساعات العمل الكلية أسبوعيا في حدود كام ساعة مثل ما ذكرت في التخصصات الجراحية
