Friendly Neighborhood Foamers!
Creating interesting architectural structures, buildings and other structures means the structure should look like it's made of different materials; build with stone, wood, plaster and more.
To achieve this look, we work with layers of foam using sheets!
In this video I explain how I use this technique to bring façades and buildings to life. Let's get layering!

So many possibilities with this technique. It occurs to me that for large builds with repetitive features, you could do the initial layers in say 20mm thick foam, then slice them down to make 4 identical copies at just under 5mm thick per layer.

I have 2 types of foam I like to use. These are Soprema 300KPA and Styrodur 300CS.
