I think my favorite thing about religion is that people who don’t believe in anything are usually saying things like “no hate to any religion, believe whatever you want to believe but I’m just pointing out a flaw” and then people who want to push religion are just like “atheists and such are just denying ourlordandsaviorjesuschrist, poor thing is going to hell” I think that’s a big difference between faith and religion. (TO ME) Everyone has a different faith and ideals that they believe in, it may be similar to others and that is what makes a community. Religion is the culmination of one persons ideal faith in which they use to convert others.

I will admit I have met some pretty egotistical atheists (as in they thought they were so cool for being an atheist). But, just like any group of people there’s going to be bad folk. That doesn’t mean all of them are like that. There’s hundreds of reasons as to why people leave popular spirituality or just don’t like religion at all- it’s not just the ego.
