I would love if you make nutrition video series about: 1. For people with fast metabolism. 2. Normal metabolism. 3. Slow metabolism. In each of this 3, to give a set of meals. That everyone can Apply. Not only to be a bodybuilder... also for pepole that want to go up in mass but bot to much only X kg, Or to size down there wight X kg. First to make videos, and then write articles and put it in your site. This way your followers will grow because i know lost of pepole what something like that ... people that not intristing in bodybuilding. 👌👍 Think about it ... it can be very helpful

I recommend making your own pre workout, it last way longer and is way cheaper, plus you can make it exactly based on how you like

On incline bench press you thought you had a working set, but turned out it wasn't that hard fpr you to hit certain amount of reps... why didn't you keep pushing on that set until the failure and after that icreased the weight and hot the failure again? Why do you think it wouldn't work for you?

It depends but max 6 sets. For example on Upper body 1 I do 3 sets of DB side raises and on Upper body 2 I do 5 sets of reverse peck deck (It targets your side delts and Rear delts at the same time)
