Thank you for all these videos - far better than the trx branded ones which come with the system - do you by any chance have a calendar for suggested routines of videos throughout the month? That would be AWESOME

Hi Drew, Thanks very much for the question. After two decades of training people and seeing different results, I can tell you that it's not a good idea to reserve certain exercises for particular months. Your body will develop weakness if certain exercises or muscular isolations are neglected training by the month. Instead you have two options: 1) Functional approach: Train everything equally and all the time which essentially means you will train to full body routines from this play list kzbin.info/door/I2HP_vXCbdWAeY_VCMgDSgplaylists?sort=dd&view=50&shelf_id=18 This will give you the best functional result. 2) Body Sculpting approach which means you'll isolate certain muscles depending on the day of the week. You can change tension by re-angling yourself as you get stronger. You can pick out workouts from the same play lists for example arms session, core session, legs session etc and put them into your own playlist. For training legs I recommend considering "Low Anchor Suspension" which makes up for the lack of intensity during traditional suspension training. Hope this information helps :)

Wow -thanks so much for the unexpected reply! I would certainly like to do the functional approach - i guess my question should have been more specific - should i attempt a video a day? every other day? And is there a certain cycle - or shall i just go through cyclically ? Thanks again so much for what youve done here - really fantastic workouts.

+Drew McNeill I think you should plan how many workouts you want to do each week for example 3 or 4 and train to a different program each time. Be consistent. That will work well for you :)
