Love these routines I've been working on them. It's hard for me because I have a severe COP D but I'm getting so much better and I've lost so much weight during these little. Exercises you all show and i'm breathe and so much better so thank you so much for everything

Bel complesso di esercizi, ma almeno un paio non li farò poiché sofferente di vene varicose per cui caricare il corpo sulla sx, la più deficitaria , che la dx è dolorante. Grazie comunque 🙏❤
