I came back to say that I did this twice (one in the morning, one closer to evening time) at 39+3 and my water broke 2hours later after the second time and I had a baby in my arms 6 hours after that! Thank youuuu so much ❤❤❤

37 and a half weeks pregnant doing this. I like that she doesn't talk during the workout, you just jam to music and follow along. This was perfect to stretch me out and not raise the heart rate too much! I am soooo ready to get my little bubba out!

Well this definitely worked. I really needed my daughter out before I was scheduled an induction and this did the trick. I did this workout as two circuits for 3 days and went into labor on the 3rd day. My daughter was out and born healthy on Labor Day! Highly recommends

Currently 38 weeks 6 days and decided to try this last night. This workout routine made me sweat a lot and I felt good after doing it. I did this again this morning and will do it again in the evening. Hopefully this will help me as I'm still 1 cm dilated and my baby's head is not yet settled in my pelvic floor.

Update: my mucus plug came out literally within an hour after I did these exercises lol. I took a shower, a walk which included curb walking as well & have walked up and down the stairs. I took a brief break and just completed another round of this video. Hoping to meet my baby boy soon 🥹

Did this routine twice after a stretch and sweep and three days later I had my baby! I was 40 weeks and had baby at 40+2. I also did meditation after each round. Thank you for making these videos they truly helped my body kickstart labour. 🧡

How many times have you done it? At week 39, you can start doing these exercises every 2-3 hours. Sending lots of strength ♥️ you got it!! 💪 Keep up the great work, and all is coming!

Well my legs hurt after only half way through hahhahahahaha and I’ve been mostly active the whole pregnancy by walking and lifting slightly because of work hahahahha

Hii i am 38+2 Doctor told me to admit for induced labor. because am gestational diabetic patient. so i want safe and normal delivery.. can do these excerises... plz reply me

And also now my Blood sugar level is totaly normal nothing to worry.. but to doctor said that we cant wait till natural pain.. so m little worried

I believe you can! Start and see how you feel. Listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, stop immediately. Doctors always will encourage induce labor as they get extra 💲💲 for that.
