Can someone help please. I had seen a workout on I believe one of these workout videos. I thought for USC that had a workout that was a ladder something like 250-200-200-150-150-100-100 with a break between the 150s. But I can't find it now.

I went to school with a child named Michael Johnson. He was chubby and his head was a little undersized. He was pretty smart even through his head was tiny. If he had run track he would have a 14.0 time and jump 5.94
