I’ve been using a walker for the past year due to me having brain cancer it stopped all my mobility due to me lying down for so long in one place I hope that these exercises help me to walk again as I am going on holiday soon👏👏

I thank God for your channel. I have been using a walker for about 10 years already. i had polio when I was 4 years old. But was able to walk and go up and down alone for about 53 years. I am now 63. I just noticed that I was losing my balance then started having a hard time walking without an aid. I have been praying for God to strengthen my legs that I may be able to walk again without a walker. I will try these exercises and with God's help I know I can walk again with ease minus the walker. God bless.

Thanks for sharing! Have a mild form of MS and just use a cane. Former fitness trainer who once could leg press 400 lbs when my MS was in remission for over 25 years. Only got a bit worst in my 60s, now I'm 70 and try and work out doing beginners yoga, meditate, go on a stationary bike and now I'll add these to my regimen...much appreciated!

I've been having to use a walker for the last year due to my 3disc spinal fusion surgery and I still have torn meniscus in left knee as well as severe arthritis in other knee, hips and spine. In severe chronic pain 24hrs a day with no pain meds. I'm ONLY 51. I'm definitely going to try these. Have to admit I'm very frightened.

Hi Cindy, I do hope that you don't get diagwith MS, on top of what you've already got. I live in Australia and when I was diagnosed 20 years ago in my 50s, I contacted MS Australia and with their support, I found out what MS was all about, abd treatments. Whatever country you live in, I'm sure the MS people would support you. Take care.

Hi I have cp cerebral palsy on my right leg only. I’m glad I found your channel because growing up I didn’t have a walker through my school years till now like I was falling down a lot and I got tired of falling down but now I’m tired of my walker lol. but I’m getting stronger and back in November after thanksgiving just about I fell and broke my pinky toe, I have a wheelchair because I can’t use crutches but I’m done with the wheelchair,I only use the wheelchair for longer distance and the walker for shorter distances, but I’m doing physical therapy and I am getting stronger. I’m doing my stretches and a machine bike every day and a little more on Saturday I do my everyday but on Sunday I give myself a break so I’m glad you said keep doing your exercises and I am.
