Looks like you are missing a tooth on the Sany 😂 Yeah the cost of building is outrageous. Here in BC to build a house is pushing 500 per square foot. To build an engineered steel buildings engineers want 3 foot by 2 foot footings with 3/4 inch rebar. If you stick build the shop the footings can be standard 16x8 inches with a stem wall to bring up to grade. A guy down the road from me built a shop with small living quarters I'd love to have on my property. The build was in the 600 thousand range.

😁 if it was clean it would mean it's not working!! I was going to say....concrete isn't cheap either, you're probably going with 35mpa for your slab...haw? Take a look at hardcem for your crete it's an additive....make's a real nice finish to the floor, over here it's an xtra $50 per cube for that stuff. Have fun, be well !
