That is because he is enhanced and can handle WAY more training volume then natural athletes, don't 1:1 copy it please, push yourself but also listen to your body.

How to get big shoulders, high volume side laterals. 3 to 4 times a week if you have weak delts. Make them a priority, and they will grow!!!!

you are so detailed and thoroughly explain how to prevent injury, you explain the exercises and the palm positions and everything in detail that its nice to know how to properly do an exercise. so many videos do not show the small details which are so important. the position of the hands, the position of the bench, etc. THANK YOU BRANDON

Really surprised at the end where he mentions his workout split being essentially a "bro split" must be effective for him due to such high volume workouts

Literally every single high level pro uses a body part split. On the off chance someone does something like PPLPPL its typically to switch things up for a short time. Look at the level of volume and intensity he put into his delts. After a 'warmup' that would have more volume then most of those frequency based programs use for a muscles workout. Regardless of what the fitness 'influencers' are trying to sell. Literally 95% of pro's and amateur's use a bodypart split.

No w of the exercises actually hit the Pos Deltoid. 1st one hits the Traps more, 2nd Incline move the arms are going to far up again hitting the traps, the Face Pulls are too high hitting the upper back and traps again, last one again hits the upper back, with minimum contraction on the Post Deltoid. Good try anyways
