SUPER X. What's Your Point? STOP TROLLING and appreciate it!!!! This man puts in the work as you saw here in this video. I'd like to see you do this workout and not Pussy out in the middle of it and quit. Im going to do this and challenge myself. I'm always looking for ways to do what Arnold's calls "Muscle Confusions!" I hope I'll be able to complete this entire workout. Looks pretty tough to me with all these supersets. 💯💯👍👍😁😁

Standing letral raises. (Drop set 3 × 12) (Superset) round 1: smith press 1set×8, plate machine press 1set×8 One minute rest (Superset) round 2: smith press 1set×8, plate machine press 1set×10 (Megaset) round 3: rear delt flys on machine 1set×18 reps One minute rest (complete this round again) One minute rest (complete this round again). (Dropset): round 1: seated letral raises 3 dropsets×6 One minute rest Round 2: seated letral raises 3 dropsets ×6 3×12 plate raises ( little bit havier) rest between the sets 1 minute One handed seated Arnold press 1×6 Then seated Arnold press 3x6 do this three times one minute rest between rounds Plz watch complete video for proper guidnance I love fit media

Bro professional athletes are not natural. Kindly read all about these models in IFBB PRO magazines. And these kind of guy always says that they are natural because they use PEPTIDE instead of STIORIED. And for your information this workout is not 100% real. Like he definitely took 3-4 mins of rest not 1 min. Because if you were to take 1 min of rest in heavy workouts like this than it will be overtraining which results into no gains Now you know all about these KZbinrs

The things these videos fail is, what is the weight the guy is using, what rest time, how many sets, how many reps. That’s what us viewers can then maybe just get a bit more of an idea of how to destroy ourselves. Good video though.

Noticed his right is his weakness while doing cable alt lateral raise. Mine too is on bench press, my left is stronger than my right

His shoulder is so big that he need to add sum on wrist, biceps, neck and traps to catch up its trend boss. However, thats my fav workout he is pulling on.

Video is made from too close and position of dumbells in rear delts is not clear especially when they are coming to toes. 2ndly should have mentioned the exercise and targeting areas like front side or rear delts
