Today, I welcome world-leading psychologist, Adam Grant. Adam is known for his best-selling books, TED Talks, and as an expert advisor on finding meaning & motivation in life. His latest book, Hidden Potential, offers a new framework for unlocking your best self and finding success.

Dear Mr. Jay Shetty, I am writing this letter to give my request about to open channel on telegram. To be honest, I love your podcasts and interviews, before I watched your sorts of interviews, I was feeling so nervous and anxious about life. Then, unusually I faced you when I was surfing on your KZbin platform. Also, I think u influenced me by ur gold heart. I believe that you give all people both motivation and positive character as well and you are the best partner for talking about some things because of your support. I love ur podcasts. Furthermore, my basic purpose is that open an unofficial channel on telegram for your fans in my country so they may be proud and motivated by ur sentences. May i open unofficial channel for ur fans in my country, ??????please😢it is clear when i open channel i will write channel is unofficial. Believe me, in my area, there are numerous Jay Shetty's fans. Sorry if I said the incorrect sentence, looking forward positive reaction to my letter, and thank u for reading my letter Yours faithfully, Sofia

I care for my mother, 86, who has Alzheimer's disease. You are absolutely right. No matter what you do for your loved one, the moment you fail, you chastise yourself so harshly. I suppose that mindset is part and parcel of being a caregiver. I mean, if we weren't so hard with ourselves, we wouldn't have become caregivers.
