Hey guys couple of corrections: Ice breaker bows start at T9 with Soyuz, Sinop and Vlad have extended armor plates that travel roughly 1/2 way up their bow. Of course these will deny Yammy/Musashi and Shiki shells pens when angled. Soviet bias Super fast turret traverse begins at T9 as well.

Even gk has better dispersion at long range than kremlin and if you want to get closer to use her "Soviet close range dispersion" you will watch yourself melt like a piece of butter.

This was a great video, I'm new to the game and playing mostly Soviet and some German BB and there is not a lot out there that covers lower tiers where there is little team support and seal clubbing (no fun if your the seal). As some one who is not a gamer (WoWs is the only game I play, picked it up as a hobby during covid) I really appreciate these videos that cover tactics and game mechanics.

Thanks for everything for this umpteenth video of elucidation, I would like to ask a question I often see that you show the Russian commander at 21 points but in the armory you can buy it with only 10 points with a huge amount of coal that seems exaggerated at this point you can build it yourself with all that coal you get a ship or there is another Russian commander who takes much less and has excellent characteristics what do you think ??? I think it's better to use Aux Mod 1 rather than main gun as Carrier will come for you and being without AA is not good

New player here about a year and 2 months, is Vladivostok has a great sigma and dispersion? About to get that. I grinded German and US tech line and German is a mistake for me, yeah they are OP with the 2nd dary but then shells are whack, been switching time to time to 2nd dary and aiming, aiming can't help 😂

They will earrn 5% elite commander XP like all captains who aren't max level will post rework. Only 21 point commanders will have all commander XP converted to elite commander XP.

kremlin guns shoot like shit unless your targets are 10km in or less, and it burns like no other... i often get set on fire with a single shell then as soon as you know it you have 3 fires and youre just getting overpens and bounces on cruisers

Man, I appreciate the guide, but you need to be more careful of the slang you use, IMO. If I understood the slang terms, I likely wouldn't need a guide in the first place. For a n00b like me, hearing 'Your DC will deny their witherer(?) and liquidative metals' means nothing. I can only assume. And if this guide is meant for non-n00bs, then perhaps you should state so in the title.
