Cherry heads are adorable! They are indeed a locality, more specifically an eastern Brazilian locality (also known as the Eastern variant), so they are different than the usual red foot tortoise and elongated tortoises are native to the Indian subcontinent down to Malaysia. Not found on Sulawesi though, that's another Indotestudo species called the Forsten's tortoise. There's a village in northeastern Thailand that has tons of elongated tortoises, they've coexisted with the villagers for over 200 years

The one thing is lumber, which basically quadrupled. $10,000 to build a small house turned into more than $40,000. It increased so much because of the production slow down, increase demand with people having more time on their hands, and then added inflation. I can’t imagine the set backs you guys are having as building projects cost so much more now.
