Well, I think we can agree will isn’t exactly cardio-focused either. We associate lifting weight for aesthetics with fitness, but I see so many people who appear to be “fit” and can’t run a mile without dying.

So Pull up is a Term using in Xfit “WOD”! Just like yall in Powerlifter calling Sumo a DEADLIFT! Nooo its a SUMO deadlift, not “DEADLIFT”! So yeah! Lol

Whenever I feel tired I pull up one of Will's vids where he pushes himself to the limit and that motivates me to continue pushing as well. I once had to eat my 3k calories in 1 evening and decided to bingewatch some of Will's eating challenges to feel like I'm doing a challenge with him lmao.

I’ve done all kinds of different exercise mediums in my time of lifting, but CrossFit is still the most addicting and challenging. For some reason that pain cave is exhilarating af. Currently on a body building regiment, but I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Highly encourage a try!

Will. I think you would kill in this sport. You were built for this with your natural strength and endurance. I did CF for over a year and just towards the end I was able to start breaking PRs until I hurt myself doing headstand pushups. I had to drop out at that point but I started when I was a little too old to be safe in all honesty.

He really does look fit, but not as fit as me hehe, I am just kidding and this is a great video, you are making my days better with these educational and funny clips. I started to work again on my body before summer, now in much better shape. Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 400 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 250 lbs and I am happy like I have never been in my life.

It's crazy how fit someone can be, able to whitstand different types of pressure, stress and discomfort and train different abilities and bodily systems to the extreme. When I was training HIT-style and a friend who did weight training and karate at that time asked me if he can join me once, it really showed. He went to the bathroom in the middle of the 4th set, which was before deadlifts and like a fifth of the whole workout.

Awesome video WIll as always! I mean I get the higher intensity and cardio aspect and whatnot but I just can't help but finding the swinging pull ups super ridiculous from an aeshetic point of view. I'd much rather do proper perfect form pullups and then add in a form of cardio, like a burpee, after each rep in seperately. And forgive me for my noob question but isn't a barbell squat followed by a rapid OHP straightly afterwards a bit dangerous?

Hey Will, great video and I really enjoy your content. I’ve been a CrossFitter for 8 years now, and I just wanted to tell you that the titles of “Fittest Man” and “Fittest Woman” on Earth are specifically reserved for the first place finishers at the CrossFit Games. Noah, fit and awesome as he is, didn’t podium at all in 2021 and has never placed first at the Games. Justin Medeiros took 1st at the 2021 Games, and Mat Fraser placed 1st for the five consecutive years before that.
