Hey, do you pay to go to these places or they shout you? What a gig you have made for yourselves. Fantastic experiences to show! :)

LOVE Amass! We went in December 2019. Haha I remember when my boyfriend (his name’s Anders as well!) and I got the potato bread, we seriously thought it was a meal! We gobbled it all up until the waiter asked us if we’d like some more lol so embarrassing. Love your videos! Definitely putting a lot of the restaurants you’ve been to on my list.

Haha, say hi to Anders! Also, we always gobble these up at once. Bring seconds, please! ;D

That scallop...cured in miso already sounds amazing but also with brown butter?? Man Can’t imagine how aromaful that scallop and juice would be..... That brown butter must have some herb aroma in it too... (if not... well i am wrong:) ) So jealous!

Nolla in Helsinki is most sustainable restaurant, the name Nolla means Zero in english because they’re having zero waste mentality and even products that are wrapped in plastic or so are not allowed to use in their cooking ( their own rule )
@andersandkaitlin2 жыл бұрын
Yes, we have been to Nolla. It is indeed a very sustainable restaurant. But they were below Amass in the ranking of the 360 Eat Guide, which we refer to with this title. :)
@aleksiojala54732 жыл бұрын
Okay, then I can agree with it👍🏻
@sameeersm4 жыл бұрын
Sustainable is when you don't waste food not when you just say so or just show off...
@andersandkaitlin4 жыл бұрын
Yes, obviously. And that's why Amass is the best in the world. Action, not talk. This video is made by me and Kaitlin. We are saying they are sustainable. 360 Eat Guide is saying they are sustainable. Everything Amass does proves that they are sustainable.

You don't get to give us orders, but thanks for your opinion. ;)

no matter how hard they try, having a menu with meat will NEVER make them a sustainable restaurant. even though they are zero waste and use local ingredients.
