Let's see, oh, here Jupiter is exalted, as you said, with Ketu, but dispositor Moon is eight places away in Aquarius. Ascendant, Ketu and Jupiter are in Pushya Nakshatra, Saturn is in 6th house in Sagittarius. I don't know where this country is heading... it's frightening to think that war could even be possible...

Yes, comparing Me and Jp only as they are in the planetary war (within 1 degrees of each other). If you are farther than 1 degree apart, you are not in planetary war. Also Sun and Moon are not considered for planetary war.
