I ve only watched these rescue stories today, my family always kept horses with good normal care and attention, I cannot understand how cruel and uncaring the previous owners are to their animals ,, They should be banned from having them ,after all a horse in that condition is really worth nothing , The work done is these rescue centres is fantastic 👏👏

I would go crazy if I lived by a highway. The constant zooming of cars would be torture. Makes me appreciate waking up in the morning and hearing nothing but birds chirping 💕

Are the owners fined for neglect? Are there any criminal charges for cruelty or neglect? Could the fines if recovered, be sent to your organization for funding of more rescues? I am not in the UK, so please forgive my questions. Thanks for the great work you are doing on behalf of those entrusted to our care who cannot speak for themselves. The ponies are beautiful!

its simple really if the field is a problem for horses then find out the owner of the field and fine the heck of them because they are contributing to the problem!

I will never understand how people can have animals like this and just not care about them. If you can't afford to care for an animal or animals don't get them! And for God's sake don't just let them keep breeding! That poor darling mare. I pray she finds the wonderful and loving home she deserves. Whoever owned these lovely ponies should be shot! I love this rescue organization, just really wonderful all the great work they do! God bless them:)

Not knowing UK standards, etc. How do ponies indiscriminately just show up? I don't understand the field ownership & lack of prosecution ... whoever owns the field, by default if nothing else, owns the ponies. Or is this an open field where wild herd ponies actually wander in, take up residence but then somehow remain in such harsh conditions vs moving on as wild herds will? Very confused b/c throughout a variety of vids/updates that I follow for WHW, it is never truly clarified how this happens to this extent. Can anyone shed light on it for me?

I think if the vets didn't charge so damn much for care more owners would be able to care for there horses..and any animal in general..here in the usa vets are so expensive animal care is more expensive than human care...basic care is high...I don't have a animal because of the expence......I pray for abused animals and it breaks my heart seeing this god bless the workers careing for these beautiful neglected animals//. please donate to the charities ...

This is a failure of the law to properly protect any animal these people manage to obtain. The history of these people have demonstrated a pattern of abusive behavior, and there should be laws put in place addressing abusive pattern ownership. In short, these people need to be brought into Animal Court, they need to be banned from any and all future animal ownership, and if that doesn't bring them about, then they need to face hefty jail terms and whopping fines; just to get their attention. Animals are completely defenseless and must be protected from low vibrational ownership and abuse.

Do we in the US have this type of org to help owners that get over their head...It would be nice if there were a place you could got to ask for help. Some folks start taking in animals to help them and they get old or find that they have too many and find that they have more that they can manage...not all of theses people are bad , they just need help...here in the Us they seem to just send them to the slaughter house. Well might be a great 👍 idea 💡 that next time you make a trip to the feild... take a vet and Geld that stallion so you don’t keep making visits to remove colts and foals seems like common sense to stop the problem at the stallion so he can’t keep inbreeding the mares ....the money you spend to keep removing and refining and feeding these colts and foals you could use that money to geld the stallion makes sense huh 🤔
