The 3rd episode of WWRS and we get closer to making a listenable project. I talk over some 90s hardcore/emo/post-hardcore records that I honestly couldn’t remember what they sounded like, offer up some ideas on the intersection of workflow, trust and toxic relationships, and talk about Gerhard Richter while trying to listen to music. Recorded into my iPhone with no mixing, mics or cords.
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY UPDATE: On this episode I didn’t have the line-out on the turntable properly plugged in which, oddly, sounds fine aside from a weird snare sound that is, oddly, not terrible.
NOTES: If you like my hat, its merch from my band HALIFAX. Pick one up here and support my cause of badly recording shows and good advice: www.halifaxbea...

ABOUT: WORLDS WORST RADIO SHOW is my daily Instagram Live (4PM CST, M-F). I started doing it to try and support people through the CV lockdown by answering questions about creativity and other stuff but I started playing records to kill awkward silences. Its like mid-00’s UK pirate radio in that I chatter incessantly over the music but instead of rare dubplates its vinyl that I may not have listened to since 1999.
