This is me, looking out at the world through the spinning fan that is my mind worrying. It doesn't help but its becomea but like obsessive compulsive thoughts at this stage and I find it hard to stop but painting or playing music can help bring me into the present 💙 thanks for this 🙏

This is been me most of my life But the anxiety has been at it worst the last year I have a few ok days then its back again I feel stuck. I try to just except it. But all my life iv not wanted it. Much love 💘 Thank you
