While I do still enjoy Payday 3, the launch was defo inexcusable but had its reasons. Even if the servers did work, the content didn't really feel enough for some people and the progression system isn't good (I don't mind them personally, but progression is a bit annoying to me) I hope the devs can make a comeback and make sure we get the game we were promised lol I love the game, but I don't recommend it as of now until like 2-4 months into the future. Maybe 6 months

Deep Silver also published Homefront: The Revolution this FarCry style game in a semi futuristic Philidelphia during a North Korean occupation of the United States. In Homefront North Korea is basically China 100%. In The Revolution North Korea releases TONS of new technologies like new smartphones and such and the U.S ends up DEEP in debt to them so much the U.S actually defaults on its' debt to NK and they use a backdoor in their technology to basically shut off the entire US Army infrastructure and at first are meant to bring aid and peace but over time it's a brutal occupation.

Dedicated servers are great, because it means you don't have to rely on the host having a powerful enough PC or fast enough internet. But they are bad if you cannot self-host them. If the company decides to shut down or their servers cannot handle the load, the game is unplayable and your money wasted. Plus you cannot mod the game, which is a big letdown considering how much Payday 2 was enhanced by mods, playing with mods was/is a must

But you are right that games should have both dedicated and player server hosting. With only one there will be flaws like a cheating epidemic in GTA or servers being permanently shut down.

@@aiden4112 GTA Online is a poor example, because for me cheating kept the game fun. It's incredibly grindy, so I just hacked money instead of grinding for hours just to buy a single car. Back when I played legit you'd have to grind for about 11 hours while doing the strat perfectly, just to buy the 4.750 mil Deluxo, I am NOT grinding for 11 hours just to unlock a single item. Not to mention that without abusing singleplayer public sessions through firewall rules it would take way longer with idiots griefing your progress (especially after adding Oppressor Mk. II) and for that you don't even need cheats. It also made playing with friends more fun when we can just goof around with any cars without having to own them.

the major disapointment of payday 3 really hit my crew hard after we finished and struggled with all the heist on NORMAL difficulty, we hated the XP system only able to earn xp though challenges compared to the old system and besides that no melee weapon just a weapon smack with your gun that dose no damage, a skill system that very bare bones and dose nothing (like I can't image the seeing builds being made with this) everything about it is frustrating and I'll admit it I did bought gold and only thing I did like was the new movement system especially the whole sliding but that's it and the customization is dogwater with all the shart locked behind levels like wow level 70 for a clown face the game is just a grind at the end of the day and a headace I cannot support it unless they change the whole game by the start of next year. payday 2 had EVRYTHING they needed for payday 3 but they apparently decided to not build on top of it, like seriously I am so done.

I have replayed Dying Light 1 over and over but never even completed Dying Light 2.... It could be because of the 3 inhalers that make you invincible from basically everything on the hardest difficulty OR it could be the heavily scripted movement options that are kind of fun until you reach that stupid boat safe zone for half the missions which is basically a maze with invisible walls OR the unskippable dialogue with "CHOICES" which do not matter that much either cuz combat slowly devolves into: dropkick, get grabbed, throw zombie, headstomp, repeat.
