I think the main reason that you didn't have a very good time with this game is that you were playing it like a hack 'n' slash instead of a serial killer/slasher movie villain simulator. The game wants you to hide, set bear traps, scare people, spread fear and terror among your soon-to-be victims, pick people off one by one, sabotage stuff so that you can draw bears away from other bears, keep people from escaping or calling the police, etc. Generikb did a good playthrough of this game- I recommend checking it out.

That actually seems like a somewhat fun game. The HUD wasn't that overwhelming and Peter was pretty rubbish at it. By 2010 standards the design doesn't seem that awful, so it's really just the camera, which many games have failed to implement properly, and the optimization.

To this day I still have a feeling that I was dry humped. It was a long time ago but I'm pretty sure I traded it in within 2 hours. That's from getting the game to trying it out and then putting it back in its case to getting ready and waiting for the bus to go into town and throw it at the guys face for something in return. I didn't throw it at his face but I sure as hell wanted him to feel my pain. It's funny because years after I bought it again when it was really cheap because I thought they would have fixed it. I was wrong...... Very wrong. Such a shame for a game I was actually hyped about.

naughty bear panic in paradise is a pretty fun game. getting the bears to kill each other and making them kill themselves it a lot of fun. the first one basically has the one map..... panic in paradise has a better costume system and several maps.

I thought this game was amazing as a kid. It was hilarious and fun and whilst not the most innovative or creative game, it was still a unique enough spin on the assassin/hitman videogame tropes. What I most enjoyed about it was unlocking new outfits by collecting silver and gold trophies on each episodes levels respectively, and unlocking new episodes and levels by collecting more trophies. It was a fun gameplay loop, going back and forth between chapters to play different challenges that where never annoying in any way at all and where totally the easiest things to accomplish...ok seriously fuck the Friendly and Tophat challenges..
