Something incredibly odd to notice was at 25:37, you can actually see a blink-and-you-miss-it blood mist of the protagonist getting hit by the enemy fire, which makes for the exceptionally rare instance of getting shot in a cutscene and it not meaning a story beat which impairs you. That guy just took a bullet and shrugged it off.

To be fair this looks like normal decent graphics for a PS2 game from 2005. It looks a bit generic and bland, lacking any interesting style or colour palette making it stand out. But juding by the graphics alone this looks fine. Unfortunatley for this game, gameplay and story is also important. ...and yes. I guess someone have already commented on this, but PS2 did have preassure sensitive buttons. MGS2 makes use of it.

This game had some interesting thematic going on, about playing the same story with different perspectives and gameplays, sadly it was made with laziness. Also, as for the "game master" facts, you guys should add a section were you mention what other games were published at the same year, for comparison on how shitty and lazy the game was, just a suggestion.
@DR3ADER12 жыл бұрын
That's because Circle Studio was being lazy. When they joined Jeremy Heath-Smith after he was fired from Eidos, they lacked the ability, publisher connections and most importantly, the budgets to make the games they wanted to make as they used to when they were at Core Design(didn't help that their PSP remake of Tomb Raider, that was going to feature parkour elements as demonstrated in their freerunning game, and a Chuck Rock remake on the same system were BOTH CANCELLED). This was coupled with the fact that they gave up on developing Fighting Force 3 when Heath-Smith was kicked out of the Wimbledon, London-based publisher when they were working at Core.
