It actually is advisable when fighting multiple attackers to make sure you're on the outside so you're not surrounded and you can focus on less people at a time, but the issue is, if you're in a self defense scenario, if you do manage to get to the outside of the circle you should just run instead of staying to fight.

I mean ur chances are still pretty low but if they jumping in the first place they prob got that glass chin. I haven't been sick at all since the pandemic started, and I'm usually the sort of guy who's moderately hygienic but who still somehow catches every yearly strain of the flu. Not this time. So no matter if you're a believer or not, I'm masking up, keeping my distance and washing my hands. @@duewhat9815 I'm a lot more Zen, in that respect. The world ends every day, and it especially ends when something changes habits at a sufficiently deep level. Some facets of our world ended in early 2020. The new world that's been created could also end if things went entirely back to how they used to be - but having a father who used to work in Real Estate, I know that's not going to happen. Remote work is a new paradigm, and a fair few people realized that the old way of doing things wasn't ideal. More even decided to ditch traditional careers altogether and to create their own jobs during quarantine. The end of one thing, the start of another. Assuming someone thinks your enough of a threat to have a gun directly on your chest without killing you they will shoot if they see even the slightest movement I’m no expert but the best way to survive in that scenario is to do what they want

a striker fired pistol could be made not to fire with that technique. striker fired pistols have pre-set strikers where the striker normally rest just under from being fully gogged. the trigger gogs the striker rest of the way and releases it. the striker is situated in the slide and the trigger mechanism in the body of the gun. moving the slide back prevent the trigger from fully priming the striker and the striker, when released, by design will not have the striking force to set off ammunition

The technic I learned and used isnt exactly learned and used: the idea is isolating the strongest and beat him then the otjers should be impressed and scared that you beat the strongest. My situation was a bit different and what I did to. They were 2 and I was drunk and a wall behind me. Behing drunk I started thinking of a strategy that considered my state. If one would punch me in the face I would be able to block fast enough, using a guard like in a boxing match (having the arms up to prorect my face) would have 2 problemes: 1 I give tje information and since I'm drunk I coulnd follow with adaptation to tje situation, and secondly, they can just hit lower (drunk, too slow to react), or make me fall with a "balayette" (dont know how to say it in english but you make the gut fall with your foot by pushing upwards his feet I think, you sweep his feet.) So I understood that I had to have my hands miway to the guard (face protection) without giving any information so I put my hand affront and give a false information, the information of bein a cool naïve guy so I was hands afrond saying "cool, everything okay.. bla bla) and there come the application of the thing that I learn from the movie: I stayed focus on the leader, the strongest. I dont know if he seen it but didnt try anything.. and the other guy throwed a punch, having my hands midway to protect the face (and having did a bit of karate) I blocked his punch without even watching him..😂, je was shocked.. and psycholgicaly.. @@gwotkid8314 In my personal opinion, highly-trained, capable, fit civilians and cowardly, desperate, determined criminals cancel each other out. You can only anticipate a certain level of unpredictability before you are put in a dangerous situation. Most self-defense videos don't tell you how the attacker might respond to your pre-planned maneuvers. What if they try to resist your defenses? Do they have a second weapon? What if you're not as able-bodied as the instructor?
@Tommy503772 жыл бұрын
@@danh8101 So before anything else, you should almost never try this stuff unless if you are trained or absolutely have to. That being said, when you do certain techniques correctly, there is nothing an attacker can do to stop it or resist. It's all about locking up their body, getting leverage and putting them in a position where they can not get out, because their joints physically cannot move that way. If you know how to get someone in a good lock, I don't care if it's The Rock, the person isn't getting out. The biggest problem is getting that person into that position in the first place. That is where size and build can come into play, and sometimes you're just shit out of luck if you are small and the attacker is big. But in a 1 on 1 between two average people, the trained person can generally get the upper hand and put the person in a lock. And if you're fast and know what you're doing, it isn't too hard to get someone into a lock if you get an opening.
