Yeah this is on the stupidity of the canvas. Not only are these giant faces near impossible to cover up, it's a face of another person. No matter how much you love someone, tattoos tend to last much longer than relationships lol.

It is amazing to me how little effort they put into finding artists that could be an ink master really think about their show and accept the fact that almost none of them have what it takes to be an ink master will be for real

@@dg7729 because I don’t think you realise the absolute minority of artists on the planet that can essentially tattoo every style which is essentially what ink master wants on a regular basis. Tattooists tattoo typically 1 or 2 styles lol because they’re confident in that and that’s what draws in their custom . And once they’ve found that they don’t really need to venture out

If I go for surgery for the heart I would want a specialist not a dokter who knows a bit of everything and can do heartsurgery kinda decent. I want someone I can trust will be awesome and consistent. Why would artist he expected to be different. Different styles can be whole studies on their own and take much practice to be good at. Sure a tattooer who does new school has a lot of info, knowledge and skill that will make him have an edge in learning to do realistic. But that does not mean he already can or even if he is good at it. There are so many styles. Even if you are the rare gem that has the will, time and talent to get them all up to good standard, does not make you great in all. There is not enough time in a human life. A master tattooer is one that consistently gets great tattoos the canvasses are happy with, and knows his strong and weak spots. And plays to his/her strengths. But that will be to narrow I guess for a tattoo show and competition. Its about entertainment and variation to there.

Out of all the compilations I've seen that Marrisa girl in, I've never seen her turn in a tattoo that the judges like. Never once. I feel bad for her but I'm sure she'll do better back at her shop without a time limit.

When it comes to the Victorian throat challenge: HOW DID MATT NOT GO HOME I was a big fan of Matt's throughout the competition but the utter disaster & disgrace of a tattoo he put on her neck is appallingl Honestly it reminds of me of times when my parents said they were disappointed in me & that hurt so much more than them just being angry, so that's what I wanted him to feel here, bcuz he knows better & can certainly do so much better. He should've gone home, regardless of how he did thus far, there is no excuse. I wish they had an update on her, how it looked healed & whether she hopefully had enough to try to laser it off. I have never been so mad/disappointed in all the seasons I've watched. YET THEY TALK ABOUT THE PERFECTLY FINE TATTOO ERIC DID THAT NONE OF US "TATTOO MASTERS" WOULD SAY SQUAT ABOUT. THIS EPISODE MADE ME SO UPSET!!!!!! WHATTTTTTTTT

And rewatching it I'm like ok ok I was harsh but tbh I think that's how I would feel if I was her. Side note tho, you do take your chances when coming on a show, but I'm glad she got that done, I'm sure it was way more painful than the tattoo process, let alone how prob humiliating it was to see everyone's response in the show. Hopefully have a better next experience! I
