No real need to wait that long. The Grenadier has been for sale in Australia, South Africa and Europe for more than two years not to mention the 1.8 million Kilometers of Ineos trials before release that were conducted on almost every continent from above the arctic circle to the desserts of Africa. Think of it this way, how long did it take for you to hear about issues with the new Tundra or tie rod and roof issues with the Bronco. I’ve watched and read reviews on the Grenadier for more than a year and except for one losing power steering in Australia there has been nothing beyond techy glitches that are annoying but easily fixed or worked around. Truly impressive. Watch Ronny Dahl, Ineos gave him a Grenadier for 6 months to use, abuse and even modify to his liking. That’s confidence like no other automaker I know has ever put into their product.

Our Quartermaster is about 6 weeks old. What a Monster off road. So, cool, so much fun. Plan to add a Quartermaster to the stable in a few years

Love the Ineos Grenadier! I see one on the road about once a week here in NC. We really needed a bare-bones no frills 4X4 here in the states. Im curious about their long-term reliability as well and am only still on the fence due to the ownership of a Land Cruiser Heritage.

Agreed. It appears to check several boxes for folks… I’m hopeful it’ll last. Itd be a little different if they came with their own engine designed from the ground up. BMW’s 3.0L doesn’t have a bad rep.

Love the Grenadier - BUT NOT having a driver dash (that square has a collection of warning lights) is an absolute deal breaker. Hopefully they will prove to be reliable. By the time they prove their reliability, they will have hopefully fixed that stupid center dash feature.

Its part of what it is, less in the site line off road. Remember these are off road centric, not on road centric. Of course they also did it to save money since they rolled them out world wide all at once, which is unusual. You do not even think about it after a few days. And its about as reliable as any of these systems. Crazy, for a first try.

Traded both my Land Cruiser 200’s, 2013 and 2021 both highly modified long range tanks winches……..Grenadier is in the Garage, Quartermaster on order. Once we got the Grenadier I’d just assume through rocks at the Land Cruisers, two cars I swore I would keep forever.

I was in Houston, there is a dealer off the 10 that has a ton of these on the lot, pretty cool looking utilitarian vehicles but WAY overpriced.

The Starting price for this vehicle starts in the 90’s; with that much money I can buy a new Jeep Gladiator Mojave cash and almost pay off a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited or put a descent down payment for a Land Cruiser.

But the Jeep Gladiator is not as cool, fun and breaks super easy. One ton gear vs snapping stuff as soon as you do a trail. That bomb proof gear is what you pay for.

Would consider buying the Grenadier, and supposedly there is a $5000 discount on all Grenadier currently but the quartermaster has the chicken tax slapped on it so it’s 10 grand more for no reason

I’m hearing simplistic but seeing electronic buttons and gadgets all over the interior which are bound to fail. Also wheel well tire clearance seems not good for off-roading.

5th gen 4R TRD off road priced ~50K and the PRO Was a priced 57-60K This vehicle BASE if you add the lockers is ~75K for 10-15K you get a vehicle engineered by MAGNA with the mechanical components and underpinning of basically a Gwagon. I love the 4R, believe me. I absolutely love the 4R, but it’s not remotely close to the Ineos.
