I love both tbh! Had lettuce wraps last night with crumbled tofu and a finely sliced salad of napa cabbage, yellow pepper, green onion, and cucumber with lemon juice and liquid aminos. It was so delicious!

I prefer to eat my salads wrapped in nori or something like this. Eating salads with a fork is boring. 🥱 If I have salad in a bowl, I’ll usually graze from it because I just can’t sit there and eat a salad. My digestion has improved significantly since I stopped tormenting myself. I love vegetables, but ugh! All of the chewing! 😅 Make your salad enjoyable!
