Hi, based on your circumstances I would recommend you to go with the latter option. You can get your PR even before that if you start the process at the earliest

Compared to other PR visas like 189,190,191, etc employer sponsored 186 visa applications will be less and the priority will also be high. Afterwards it all depends on the competition in that group against your points, skills, etc. Hope it makes sense

Hi bro, you have watched the correct video for your scenario. If you can talk to your employer and they are okay for you to stay with them for one more year, they can sponsor you 186 Employer Nominated Scheme visa which is a very straightforward and easy option for you. Otherwise, you need to raise PR on your own which we have explained already in another video which is on the channel. Please watch it.

I guess you are confused with all the visas. What you heard is people who applied for 189 or 190 with those points and are still waiting for an outcome. Australia is a very competitive country when it comes to migration so you cannot expect an outcome immediately. If you have watched other videos on our channel you know that. It's a very slow process and you should have patience, loads of patience 🙂

Not sure about your circumstances but I have seen people working whose applications got processed and got their visa grants. When it comes to immigration, one cannot compare others because everyone's circumstances and choices are different. I personally have seen that, I got my PR in 23 months whereas people who have applied after me for within 11 months.
