My mom is mentally ill. She had a lady renting a room once. My mom stabbed furniture and walls with a butcher knife, then was convinced her renter did it. One of the scariest thing i dealt with. Plaintiff should have just let things go and move on and be glad she left, and just call it a loss for the futon and wash the pillow. Because the defendant could have countersued for kicking her out and make up charges of defamation and harassing , which she could have possibly gotten. Plaintiff is lucky she really didn’t get a beating - calling somebody a “whore” - a lot of people wouldn’t take kindly to that. In the future hopefully the defendant will find one person to be her mate , and stop going around.
