The whole Randy/Stephanie thing comes down to a promo Vampiro cut in WCW. He and The Misfits were building to a feud with Randy, and he called him out and implied that Randy's then manager and real life girl Gorgeous George was too young (she was 25 when she met Randy) and that Randy liked young girls. But Vampiro used her real name Stephanie as was his thing at the time. Over the years people got confused partly because that Stephanie ran off with Doyle from The Misfits and so the Savage Vampiro feud never happened.

@supes me,This is the problem, you never saw him wrestle or even know anything about the guy but because Cornette said so it must be true. Do yourself and the rest of us a favor and do some research before spouting some bull shit. Kerry Von Eric was a joke. If his father wasn't the owner of WCCW he would have spent his entire career as a jobber. just go watch the match that he won the belt from Flair, the junky could barely walk let alone wrestle

The "Two Warriors" story predates the internet. That crap started in 1989. The Streak wasn't really 'the streak' until 2002/2003... IIRC Flair's Challenge to Taker for Mania 18 in '02 (eventually becoming #10) was the first time Taker was Challenged for 'The Streak... meaning that Matches 1-9 were booked as per the needs of the story, so it is wholly plausible that any one of those opponents, or potential opponents, would have been cited in conversation as possibly getting the win

There was a point when most wrestlers' nicknames came in between their first and last names. Randy "Macho Man" Savage, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, etc. At some point, they changed that so that the nicknames came first. Not in all cases, but with quite a few of them.

Yeah, whatever the plan might have been for Diesel-Taker at WM12, one thing is for sure: The word "streak" would never have come up, considering it took nearly another 10 years for the company to even mention it. The streak might have existed on paper, but The Streak was not even close to being a thing at that time (which is probably why Diesel was even considered for the win... he'd already been pushed so hard that a "win for the ages" would have been a wasted booking.)

I thought i was gonna stand out being the only one wearing one there that night but he died 2 weeks before raw came to town and several people had one. But they did the warrior tribute that night when i was there so that was cool. If you look up the youtube video ultimate warriir tribute i was on tv that night at the 4 minute mark in the video. Even if Stephanie actually discusses the allegation, she’d never admit to the thing everyone wants to know about it (was the relationship actually consummated when Stephanie was underage) because it’d be a huge fiasco.

Back during the Attitude and Ruthless Agression era, I couldn’t wait to tune in for their programs. Since the PG crap started, I have not even watch their programs anymore except checking out some highlights every now and then at youtube. They should also develop and groom a young talent and see if they can build another major star on the level like the likes of Austin, Rock or Triple H. When Cesaro was getting over with his Cesaro Swing move, they held him back and told him to stop using it. Pretty dumb as he was getting over geniunely with the crowd unlike some guys which the company pushes to the moon with no success.
